The smaller ceremonies have been designed for those guests who do
not require
as much time on the property for their event. The garden ceremony can only be booked for weekdays or weeknights or Sunday afternoons.
Should the guest prefer a later afternoon or evening event on a Saturday, please refer to the prices for single day events.
Option A: For a bride and groom who want a simple, romantic and beautiful ceremony, we offer a weekday or evening package (except Friday)) which includes the following: a ceremony held in Sarah’s Glen, in our barn or on the front porch (in the event of inclimate weather), decorated for the occasion, including the minister or officiate, flowers for bride and groom, and small cake with sparkling cider, for no more than 10 guests is $575.00 for 90 minutes.
Option B: Our garden ceremony, including the minister or officiate, flowers for bride and groom, and small two-tier cake with punch, a tray of cheese and fruit with crackers, barbeque meatballs, chips and lemonade or sweet tea, is priced at $975.00 for 15 - 20 people. Tables, chairs and white linens are also provided. Decorations for the ceremony are provided. This package allows only 2 ½ hours on the property. For extra guests up to 35, add $10 per guest.
Option C: For an elopement package, Sampson’s Hollow offers a smaller package for just the bride and groom, with the minister, bouquet for bride and bout for groom for one hour (total) for $450.00. Monday through Wednesday or Thursday or Friday early afternoon. Not available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that these packages do not include photography, but a professional photographer can be added. Rates begin at $400 and include $75.00 in credit toward photos which can be viewed and selected through an online gallery.
