This outline is a guide and most any event can be customized based on each individual guest and the needs and preferences of their special day. The capacity for the property is 175. Bonus of services included in the Daydreams and Once Upon A Time package: • Use of The Barn (heated and air-conditioned), Sarah’s Glen, meadows and white pergola, wet-weather spring and footbridge • Chairs set up for both ceremony and reception • Tables to accommodate the number of guests in your selected package. • Plus our signature services including; • Use of crystal chandelier and brass chandelier to decorate the arbor or pergola at the ceremony site • Use of chauffeured golf carts to assist in transporting guests with special needs (such as grandparents) to ceremony site • Assisted transportation for bride and groom and their photographer to various sites on property for photographs • Fresh greenery and baby’s breath on arbor at ceremony site. • Use of two whiskey barrels and antique door for cake or favor display. • Chilled bottle water on ice and hand fans to enhance comfort of guests, provided for the ceremony only. • Assisted/Valet parking (at no additional charge) • Spraying the ceremony location to minimize the presence of flying insects. • Use of bonfire pit privileges, in season (wood and starting log is provided) Once Upon A Time Package: This package is designed for guests who would want to have more time on the property and additional features as part of the package. Total of 12 hours. Based on 100 – 150 guests. • The services of a Sampson’s Hollow approved minister to perform the ceremony. • Three hours on Friday between the hours of 3:30 and 10:00 which can be used for decorating, rehearsal, and time for the rehearsal dinner; • Choose 9 hours on Saturday, between 12:00 and 11:00 for wedding/reception ** • Wedding Coordinator for Friday evening and Saturday • Heavy rose petals for ceremony site; based on availability of colors • Mason jars on fence row • Use of wooden tree rounds as centerpieces for guest tables • Day of wedding/night of wedding in Little Farmhouse Cabin ** • Arrival time in cabin begins with the arrival time for the package** • Sparkler exit for bride and groom Not available for Sunday events Pricing for this package is based on day of week and season of the year. Smoky Mountain Dreamin’ Choice of sites including pergola, footbridge or Sarah’s Glen (wooded area). If raining, ceremony can be moved to front porch or inside of barn. This package is not available on Saturdays during May, June, September, October or the first Saturday in November Wedding and Reception for up to 30 people. For a guest list that will accommodate up to 30 people with a buffet service reception of foods (3 menu options) and 5 hours on the property (up to 60 minutes of this package can be exchanged for guaranteed rehearsal time—based on availability). The package will include the following: • Choice of locations for ceremony and reception (can be held inside barn in the event of inclement weather). • Minister or officiate for the wedding ceremony. • Wedding director to organize ceremony. • Mason jars on fence row OR heavy rose petals for aisle. • Fresh-flower wedding bouquet for bride; boutonniere for groom. • Decorations at the wedding site including fresh greenery. • Use of crystal and brass chandelier to hang from arbor at ceremony site. • Use of burlap overlays and mason jars with baby’s breath, on wooden tree rounds. • Decorations of inside of reception area (miniature lights, candles, greenery, table linens). • Use of escorted golf-carts to assist guests to location for ceremony. • Three tier wedding cake with butter cream icing for 30 guests. • Reception, including food, for your guests; choice of 3 options. • Sparkler exit. • Use of fabric linens and catering quality disposable serving ware. • Use of cabin for changing and for overnight stay on the night of the wedding including rose petal turn-down. Cades Cove Dreamin’ Elopement to the Peaceful Side of The Smokies The first question that many of our potential brides will ask is if we are actually located in Cade’s Cove. We are not. Our property is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, on the peaceful, less trafficked side of the mountains. Our ancestors were from Cades Cove and our farmland is framed by the majesty of the mountain range from three sides. You won’t have to deal with the restrictions that place limits for your wedding ceremony if you were having it in the national park. That’s an advantage that we offer—the beauty of Cades Cove and more privacy. The smaller ceremonies have been designed for destination and/or elopement types of weddings. The garden ceremony can only be booked for weekdays or weeknights (not to include Friday) afternoons during peak season. Option A: For a bride and groom who want a simple, romantic ceremony with the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains as the canvas for gorgeous photographs, we offer a weekday or evening package (Monday through Thursday, Friday mornings, or Sunday afternoons) which includes the following: • A ceremony held in Sarah’s Glen, on our footbridge by the meadow, at the Meadow Pergola, or in our barn or on the front porch (in the event of in-climate weather), decorated for the occasion. • Includes a minister who can customize your vows or add sand or candle ceremony • Traditional wedding music for the ceremony • Fresh flowers in your choice of colors for bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere • And a one-tier cake with sparkling spider, for up to ten guests. Option A is priced at $695.00 for 90 minutes; Up to two additional hours can be added at $200.00 per hour. Our sweetly decorated and very romantic cabin can be added for $125.00 per night, based on availability. Option B: This selection includes the same choices for locations for the wedding ceremony as well as the features listed in Option A.
