5 Things No One Ever Tells You About Having an Outdoor Wedding
August 16, 2018

We run the extra mile so you don't have to.

We go the extra mile, and we run it for you, too. I don’t know how many times I have heard guests comment on the sheer stamina of our wedding coordinators and their admiration for how hard that these ladies work. Check our reviews–we work hard at what we do and we do it well. There was the time that the bride was so upset because she had forgotten her “something borrowed and something blue.” One of our coordinators literally ran the long gravel path ( one mile round trip) from our farm to our aunts to find something to borrow. She brought back a vintage hanky that was edged in blue and “borrowed.” And there was the time (actually several) that one of our coordinators had to take over catering because an outside caterer just “drops” off food in packs and sacks with the misunderstanding that they were supposed to set up. Most of the time this work goes unnoticed by the client or guests–because that’s how we want it to be done. They don’t realize that a fairy godmother(nope–just our staff) has gone the extra mile for them. So many back stories of what a wedding coordinator has done to go the extra mile–it would take pages to describe. You’ve heard the old saying, “you get what you pay for?” When choosing a venue, ask lots of questions about the added value of unseen services! You shouldn’t have to be stressed about who is doing what on one of the most important days of your life! There are those wedding coordinators/planners who wear trendy and fashion-forward shoes to their work day. Our coordinators put on shoes that they know will help to get the job done! -Janice Livingston-
